GAWP

Proudly based in Baltimore, Maryland, Giorgetti Athletics is launching, GAWP, its Water Polo Competitive Club, led by Alex Giorgetti, Italian Olympic Silver Medalis and World Champion.

We are looking for motivated, dedicated, and experienced athletes who want to take their game to the next level.

The program emphasizes technical excellence, tactical awareness, game intelligence, discipline, teamwork, and long-term athlete development.

EVALUATION SESSIONS

We invite interested athletes to attend one of the following evaluation sessions:

SESSION 1

• Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026

• Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

SESSION 2

• Date: Sunday, November 1, 2026

• Time: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM

Location: Gilman School

Eligibility: Boys ages 14–18

Cost: FREE

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

These evaluation sessions are intended for experienced and advanced players who are interested in joining an elite water polo program.

As we launch the club, roster spots will be limited. Alex Giorgetti will personally evaluate athletes and determine which players are the best fit for the program.

Attendance at an evaluation session does not guarantee a roster position.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Following the evaluation sessions, Coach Alex Giorgetti will review each athlete’s performance and determine roster selections.

Families of selected athletes will receive an email with confirmation of selection and instructions to complete the official GAWP registration, including membership requirements, payment details, and next steps.

Please note: Our goal is to build a competitive team focused on continuous improvement, teamwork, and athletic excellence. Accordingly, only athletes selected by Coach Alex Giorgetti will be invited to complete the official club registration.
